I'm surprised there isn't already a topic about the Boondocks. Best show on TV in my opinion.
Where else would you hear Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. give a speech that starts with, and I quote, "Will you ignorant niggers please shut the hell up!"
Seriously, why are you not showing love for this show? It dares to say what needs to be said.

I agree, this is a great show. Aaron McGruder is a genius. This show is tied with South Park as my favorite current tv show.
I had to vote for Uncle Rukkus in the poll, I like all of the characters but he's just too funny.

Boondocks is one of those shows thats willing to kick crap out of stereotypes. This show rocks because of its blatant honesty.
Huey is one of my favorite characters of all time because he is highly intelligent and full of common sense even though hes a kid. And more importantly everyone else is so stupid or opportunistic that they can't see any sense even though Huey just pointed it out to'em. It always ends with Huey walking away shaking his head. |
